This fits very well. I ordered XL and it was easy to pull up. It was nicely packed and it had the private sticker on it. It really pulled in my belly just a little. I like it and help a little with the back fat too!!!!!!

No belt that goes around the leg is not tight enough. It doesn’t get tight enough. That’s supposed to help Lyft your bottom.
Don’t think it’s gone work out with the butt lift but the trainer it’s self does a damn good job

I love this bc of the straps, keeping it from sliding down constantly when moving around. Also, I don't feel claustrophobic in it, it is actually very comfortable and definitely helps hold in my tummy!

It’s made for curvy girls with a short torso. If your mid section is longer then the bottom of your stomach is going to hang out on the side… that’s what happen to me, but the straps helped keep everything in place.
