It really snatches you in but I do have to get me a bigger size but i did try it on to see how tight it was just in case I could have worked with it but as a big girl get 2 sizes bigger if you want a comfortable fit

I never have good luck with waist trainers, mainly because regular waist trainers do not cover your back fat. This covers the entire back and lower stomach as well! I love this vest! It is very fitted and adjustable and it is comfortable to walk in! I walked over 4 miles at the park in it and it was comfortable and I could breathe lol. I give it 20/10 stars! The sizing chart was accurate as well. My only complaint is that I wish the vest full covered and sucked in side bra fat, but overall, best purchase I’ve made in a long time!

Fits perfectly. I like the vest because it doesn't have that bulge of fat in my upper back were the waist trainer ends. I wear it all day. I also like how it limits my eating, which had made my stomach go down in size slowly.

Love it wish I had sized down though Ijust received it and I had to wear it on the third row and it wasn’t tight but it definitely shaped me but if I had gotten a smaller size it would’ve snatched me right on up 😂 it doesn’t roll up either
