Has very comfortable material and feels very high quality! Other waist trainers in the past have made me feel itchy and uncomfortable, but this one is smooth and comfortable. I love it it's tight the way I want it, and I can still breathe. Material is thick and sturdy. I like it a lot. But its kinda small . I got a XL, maybe i should of went up one more size. So i would say they run small. And im 150lbs. But ima squeeze in it. And i wish the zipper wasnt so big so i can hide it. But overall good product.

This is not what i thought i was getting. Why does it show thick velcro attachments? I already own one like this. I bought it because of the velcro and 3 levels of tightness.
