Takes a while putting on but snatches you in instantly! Worked out in it and it was comfortable for the most part as long as you are not trying to do any ab workouts. Does roll up in the back but I think that is due to my butt. Overall I think it’s great to use with a sweat enhancer to get the burn you’re looking for!

I ordered an XL and I can start on the last row of hooks, I have a Large but it’s not for long torso’s fits very well, I reordered a Medium double snatched it’s different from my first double snatched XXL according to my hands(RA) I have to shrink some more but that’s my goal. I love this product but please know your size. Different styles run different in size
