So I’ve had this waist trainer for almost two weekdays and it’s still going strong. The design allows it to be highly adjustable and it’s high quality. I go to the gym on average 4 days a week and probably throw it in the washing machine twice sometimes three times a month and it has held up well. I use it primarily for the gym and not to wear under my clothes. It is a bit too bulky for that unless you wear loose fitting clothes which I do not. Lol. I am 5’10 150lbs and ordered a medium and it fit well. As stated earlier it has an adjustable design so even though I have gotten smaller in my core area it still fits.
