True to size. It Will stretch out overtime (within 1 week) , so if you’re looking for more of a corset vibe (tighter fit) size down. I got a medium, I’m 5’6 200lbs bottom heavy. I wish I would’ve got a small. Return policy says return it with original packaging sadly I threw it away. I also wish the velcro bands was wider for tighter more secure fit. No metal backing so it won’t poke your back. The bottom in the front does NOT fold up when you bin. Love that… over all I like the product not love it.

I saw so many different adverts for waist trainers and honestly I was skeptical at first. But this particular one kept coming up and something just made me try it. I’m so glad I did.
The quality is really good, it fits comfortably without feeling like I cannot breathe, and it gives such a nice shape. You can tell it was made properly, not just something thrown together for sales. It snatches the waist but still feels supportive.

I am definitely impressed with the quality if it’s like a glove honestly I should’ve gotten a medium because I wasn’t ready to be snatched up the way that I got snatched up. I plan on wearing it to work so I better start out with a medium and get myself together, but ladies, if you definitely want something that they help you get yourself together quickly and effectively. I should have bought small instead of xs but its my fault i didnt see the measurements or anything. I managed to put it on AND I LOVE IT. It snatches. Would deff recommend. If you’re skeptical ab the price… its worth it trust.

Out of all the waist trainers I have ever wore this is the most comfortable waist trainers I have ever worn. I had it on all day without back pain and tightness. I love love love this. I will go down a few sizes next time. When I ordered it I went by weight size. But I do still love it
