At Sculpt Touch, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you in accordance with the policy below.

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of order, provided the item meets all eligibility conditions listed below.

To protect the health and hygiene of all customers, please wear underwear or bottoms when trying on our body shaper products.

✅ Eligible Returns & Exchanges (Within 30 Days)

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item:

Has no signs of wear or try-on

Is clean, odor-free, and unstained

Has not been worn outside

Has not been washed

Has all original tags attached

Is in its original, intact packaging

Is in resalable condition and does not affect second-time sales

Is returned within 30 days of purchase

Items must be returned in brand-new condition, suitable for resale.

🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange:

Items showing any signs of wear, try-on marks, deodorant stains, makeup stains, odors, or damage

Items that have been worn outside or washed

Items with missing, altered, or damaged tags

Items with incomplete or damaged packaging

Items returned after 30 days

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Please use a trackable and insured shipping method

Sculpt Touch is not responsible for lost return packages

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

🌍 International Orders

All return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we sincerely apologize.

Clear photos showing the issue

Once confirmed, we will:

Cover the return shipping cost

Send a replacement item free of charge

Once your return is approved and shipped, please provide the return tracking number

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

You will receive an email notification once processed

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
