We at Sculpt Touch are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. However, due to the nature of our products and the special material used in our body shapers, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds.

All of our body shapers are made with a unique material that remembers the shape of the first user's body. This means that once a body shaper has been worn and shaped to a user's body, it cannot be returned or resold. For the best experience of Sculpt Touch customers, we cannot accept returns on any of our body shaper products.

We strongly recommend that you carefully review the product description, size chart, and any other relevant information before making a purchase to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please don't hesitate to contact us before making a purchase.

Exchange

At Sculpt Touch LLC, we believe in providing our customers with the best possible experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange.

On Sculpt Touch's duty:

1. Sculpt Touch will be responsible for any faulty, damaged, broken, defective, soiled or wrong items, and wrong color items.
2.Please send a clear picture of the problem to support@sculpttouch.com, after confirming it is our fault, we will resend to customers.
